About Us

City Heroes is amongst the new breed of community action groups world wide.  Our inspiration comes from the many small grass root organisations that have mushroomed amongst inner cities and urban areas worldwide. These groups promote the tools for living in dynamic and multicultural societies.  They encourage empowerment and social education so that every individual has the opportunity to become a responsible and contributing member of society. 

It is these life tools that we seek to promote in Hong Kong. By instilling self-confidence and social awareness and, by facilitating programmes and events to help individuals realise their own potential and identities, we are planting the seeds to create change for a better society. One of our goals for the future is to fill in the gaps where the traditional Asian and modern global cultures, soical education and societies fail to meet.

The City Heroes Photo Exhibition is our debut project. In this exhibition, we witness Hong Kong in transition and those that exert a positive influence on our community's transformation. City Heroes Limited honours these heroes and the many more like them for their contributions, their dreams, their humanity and above all, their passion for life.
